Hi,

I went ahead and purchased the hardcover. I am interested to know if the issue is with Amazon's pricing policy? I have published with them through the KDP program and I know that they pay 70% of a book priced $2.99 to $9.99 and only 30% of a book priced higher than that. It seems as though this is an effort to lower prices in the marketplace for all books. This would seem to mean lower margins for all publishers. Am I correct in thinking this? I would love to report on this story at my blog activatejustice.wordpress.com if you write an article.
