West Virginia Teachers Call on All State Employees to Join Them At State House Tomorrow

This is Olivia, an elementary school teacher at Kanawha City Elementary, and Emily, a high school teacher at South Charleston High School. They have been militants in this strike since it got started. They have spent every waking hour in the capitol building, talking, agitating and struggling for their students.

They are fighting for three things:

1. "A 5% raise"

2. "A fully funded employee health fund (PEIA)"

3. "A political system that values public education more than gas and corporations"

They are calling ALL STATE EMPLOYEES, ACROSS THE STATE OF WEST VIRGINIA, TO COME TO THE STATE HOUSE TOMORROW MORNING AT 9:30 am.
