SALES EXECUTIVE – FULL TIME
An opportunity has arisen for an efficient, highly organised person to join the world’s pre-eminent radical publisher, Verso, at our office in Soho, London.
The role of Sales Executive will be key in developing our growing sales in our UK and Export territories.
Responsibilities include assisting the sales and marketing director, managing our information flow and the day-to-day running of our busy office. The role requires balancing creating sales material, processing orders, managing our digital printing and ebook sales with reception duties and general office management. The successful applicant will be dealing with sales agents, our distributors, authors, and suppliers on a daily basis, so good communication skills and a willing attitude are essential, as is a demonstrable familiarity with our list and publishing history. An excellent attention to detail is absolutely essential.
Experience in book publishing or book selling is preferable, though not required. Graduates welcome. The applicant must be available for interview in the week commencing 8th March.
